I am going to do a short review on the Disney Video Game The Haunted Mansion! I know, for the kids you think, but know.... they might need a bit of help from you, so.... it's really a great sit down with them and watch them play sort of game and help them figure out the thinky puzzles. It may be a one player game but it requires two brains :)
So, if you happen to have a second head growing out of your shoulder, you're good, if not, get your family together to sit down and figure out the puzzles together. Have a family Video Games and Gaming night.
Heres some tips... when looking for the spirits, check it again, then go back and check it some more. Tips for the book climb, of course don't fall off, but be very precise with your stepping, if you miss the center, you will need to start over, the book steps are quite sensitive. Tips for playing pool, it is just like playing 9 ball in real life on the pool table, up in number from 1 to 9. The pool player playing the game is actually aiming for you, so stand in front of the ball you want him to knock in, and move quickly just after he hits the cue ball.
Have fun with the various puzzles, get together with your family. Some puzzles seem to be geared for Dads, some for Moms, and some for the younger crowd :)
